1. The Agreement
By accessing or using www.moviepearl.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations in Uganda. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Content Ownership & Licensing
Moviepearl is a digital platform owned and operated by Livstudios UG. Our content library consists of various licensing tiers:
- Exclusive Licenses: Content for which Livstudios UG holds direct distribution rights.
- Creative Commons: Media sourced under CC licenses for public display.
- Fair Use & Transformation: Moviepearl specializes in translated media. Under the Fair Use Doctrine, the addition of localized audio commentary (VJs) and translations creates a "transformative work" intended for local cultural education and entertainment.
3. Intellectual Property Rights (DMCA Policy)
Moviepearl respects the rights of copyright owners. If you are a copyright holder and believe that any content on this site infringes upon your rights, we provide a direct channel for resolution.
NOTICE TO COPYRIGHT HOLDERS: Before initiating any formal legal "strike" or DMCA take-down through third parties, you are required to contact our legal department at info.studio.buz@gmail.com.
We are committed to resolving all valid copyright concerns within 48-72 hours by removing the content in question.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Payments are processed instantly via Relworx.
- Once a subscription plan (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) is activated and the user begins streaming content, the service is considered "consumed," and no refunds will be issued.
- Livstudios UG reserves the right to adjust plan pricing with prior notice to users.
5. Prohibited Use
Users may not attempt to scrape, download (unless authorized), or redistribute Moviepearl stream links. Violation of this will result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kampala.
